Hub Pickup FAQ
Yes! follow these steps:
- Select “Pickup at Hub” when placing your order.
- Complete your purchase and wait for a confirmation email.
- You will receive another email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Visit us with your ID and confirmation email.
You can pick up your order Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Orders are typically processed within 1 hour. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and another email when your order has been shipped.
Due to the perishable nature of our products (cookies, bread, chips, candies, etc.), we only accept returns under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Product: If the product arrives in poor condition or has manufacturing defects.
Order Error: If you receive a different product than the one you ordered.
We accept:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- PayPal
- Other payment methods available at checkout
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
